Yes, Veraud Studios is a to-the-trade-only company. We service the professional residential and commercial design community. We work exclusively with Interior Designers, Design Professionals, Architects and other professionals working on Residential or Commercial projects.
How can I create a to-the-trade account with Veraud Studios?
Please fill online all your information on the “create an account” section and please email us a copy of your Resale Tax Certificate.
Are Veraud’s wood tiles for Residential or Contract applications?
Our wood tiles are designed for Residential as well as Commercial applications, Hospitality, Corporate, HealthCare Facilities, Education Facilities and any other interior applications.
If I’m not a Design Professional, how can I buy Veraud’s wood tiles?
We recommend you contact a local design center or professional. The American Society of Interior Designers can help you find the right interior designer for your project too. If you are already working with an Interior Designer or Architect, please contact us and we’ll work with your design team.
Where are Veraud’s wood tiles manufactured?
Veraud’s wood tiles are 100% made in the USA. We manufacture them in our facility in Florida. All our materials are sourced from the USA as well.
Care and Cleaning Guide
Veraud’s wood tiles are made of wood, and they need to be dusted regularly with a soft cloth. You can use it dry or slightly damp. Also, avoid extreme changes in humidity and temperature to prevent movement due to expansion and contraction.
Do you offer a warranty for Veraud’s wood tiles?
Yes, we offer a one-year limited warranty on all our wood tiles. Please read our limited warranty details.

I’m a Design Professional, how can I get a quote?
Please place a sales inquiry (Here) and let us know which of Veraud’s wood tiles Collection you’re interested in and any other relevant information. We will contact you within 24 hours to find out what works best for you and your project. Then within 3 days we’ll present you a quote with the specific details you request. Make sure to review all the information on the quote to ensure all the details are included in.
Do you provide samples of wood veneers and colors?
Yes, we can send you 3” x 3” samples of any of our wood veneers and colors. Please let us know which selections you want, and we’ll send them to you ASAP.
What should I expect regarding wood grain and color from panel to panel?
All our wood veneers are top quality AA grade. However, wood is a natural material; therefore, you should expect variations in wood grain and color from panel to panel. Our stains are either transparent or semi-transparent; therefore, the natural variation in the color of the wood shows in the final colors.
Can I mix and match Veraud’s wood tiles between Collections?
Yes, All the tiles from different Collections can be mixed to create beautiful and unique designs.
Order Information
Are Veraud’s wood tiles made to order?
Yes, all our wood tiles are made to order. We offer a wide selection of wood veneers and finishes.
Are Veraud’s wood tiles customizable?
Yes, our wood tiles are customizable to meet the perfect needs of your project: type of wood veneer, dimensions, color and finishes. Let us know your ideas and we’ll work together to create unique pieces.
What is the process for a custom finish?
If you need to customize a finish or match a finish, you will need to provide a “Sample to Match”. It may take about 2 weeks to complete the sample match. Then we’ll send the sample match for your approval.
What is the production lead time of Veraud’s wood tiles?
Our standard production lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. However, this time may vary depending on the wood veneer selection and the size of the order.
How can I place an order?
After you approve the quote and the sample submitted, we can send you an order confirmation for you to sign. The order will include all the specifications and details that you request. Please make sure to review every detail and send it back to us.
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, the minimum order size is 15 square feet.
What do we need to start production?
We need the following to begin production:
- A signed order confirmation with complete specifications.
- A 50% deposit
- Approved sample in the case of custom colors/veneers
When do I need to Pay the balance of an order?
When the order has been manufactured and the Veraud’s wood tiles are ready for shipping, the balance due must be paid in full, including shipping, taxes (if applicable), and any other charges prior to shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Checks, electronic transfers and major credit cards like Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Discover Card. Keep in mind that when paying with Credit cards there is a 3% additional cost.
Do you charge taxes?
Customers are responsible for all Sales Tax or related taxes that apply to the order. To obtain tax exemption, for resale purposes, a resale certificate must be provided.
Can I make a change to the order after the order was released to Production?
You have up to 5 business days to make any changes to an order. Since all our products are made-to-order, we can’t accept changes after 5 days from the day of the signed order confirmation.
Can I cancel an order after the order has been placed?
You cannot cancel an order after 5 business days from the date the Order Confirmation was signed or if production already has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you think you may want to cancel an order.
Shipping & Returns
What shipping options do you provide?
We ship via UPS Ground. For larger orders we ship via freight carrier. If you want to arrange your own shipping, please let us know and we will work with you. All shipping charges are included in the final balance due notice.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, International shipping is available upon request. The customer is responsible for all Taxes and Duty fees.
What to do if there is any damage when Veraud’s wood tiles are delivered?
It’s very important to carefully inspect the boxes or pallets at the time of delivery for any visible damage. If there is any damage, it needs to be noted on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before you sign off the delivery and let the driver know. If any damage has happened, please let us know and send images and a description of the damages to us.
Do you accept returns?
Since all Veraud’s wood tiles are made-to-order we do not accept returns. In the rare situation that you need to file a claim, you must notify Veraud Studios within 5 business days of receipt of the shipment. No returns will be accepted on Veraud’s wood tiles already installed, nor any overages.
Installation
Do Veraud’s wood tiles need to be climatized before installing?
Veraud’s wood tiles are made of wood, therefore they most climatize inside the area where they will be installed. We recommend opening the cartons to expose the wood tiles to the temperature and relative humidity of the area and let them climatize for 72 hours prior to start installation.
Who should be doing the installation of Veraud’s wood tiles?
All Veraud’s wood tiles should be installed by a professional installer or handyman. Our wood tiles are very easy to install due to our proprietary patent pending system. Please make sure the installer watches our installation video and reads our installation guideline.
